This page explains what information ravenautomate.com collects, why, and how to reach us about it. Raven is a small team — we don't sell data, and we don't collect more than we need to run this site and respond to you.

Site analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit this site and which pages they land on. It's cookieless and doesn't track you individually across other websites — it reports aggregated counts (page views, referrers, rough device type) and does not build an advertising profile.

Information you send us directly

If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and whatever you send us, through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (delivered via our provider, Gupshup). If you email hello@ravenautomate.com, we receive your email address and message content. If you use the contact form on this site, we receive your name, and whichever of email or phone you provide, plus your message — stored in a private Google Sheet that only the Raven team can access. We use this only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to deliver the service you've signed up for.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We don't run third-party ad-tracking scripts on this site.
• We don't message you on WhatsApp or email unless you've contacted us first or become a client.

Third parties involved

This site and our contact channels rely on a small number of providers: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform and Gupshup (WhatsApp messaging), Google (Sheets, for storing contact-form submissions), and our email provider for hello@ravenautomate.com. Each processes data under its own privacy policy in addition to this one.

Data retention

We keep conversation history with clients for as long as we're providing the service, plus a reasonable period afterward for support and billing records. Analytics data is aggregated and not tied to your identity.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — email hello@ravenautomate.com and we'll action it directly.
